With the new website all up and running we are now getting a steady flow of emails from clients and potential new clients, it is proving to be a valuable tool in the modern society we live in. One email in particular has made my week, it read as follows:
“Hi just like to say thanks to Georgie for the great service she showed me when I dropped in on the off chance for an emergency hair cut! She really took time to understand what I wanted and also to make sure I was happy with all aspects of the cut. I was very happy with what she did and will definitely be returning and telling my friends about The Cutting Bay x x”
I have always been a firm believer that people are often quick to complain and that it is very difficult to gain praise so imagine the smile on our faces to receive such good feedback from one of our Junior stylists clients. I would like to take this opportunity to say well done to Georgie and that we are proud of her and appreciate what she does!
